This company was a pleasure to deal with. My 5 yr old son designed a hat for his Dad as a birthday gift. Upon calling to find out an eta I was told the hat style he selected was on backorder. No biggie. However later that afternoon I had a tracking confirmation email. This shop went out of their way to find a hat and get it here on time for my husband's birthday.
My kid was super excited to give it to his Dad and my husband loves it! It is now his favorite hat!
